Bike to Work Day
Join the movement and bike to work during May, the official National Bike Month! And if you work downtown, definitely commute by bike on Indianapolis Bike to Work Day, Friday, May 17. This year, the event will be moving from Monument Circle to the Indy Bike Hub YMCA located in the east wing of the historic Indianapolis City Market.
This year’s B2WD event is being organized by INDYCOG; visit the INDYCOG web site to learn about organized commuter rides, led by experienced cyclists, leaving from various locations around the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area. Join the ride nearest you to take part in a fun group event! At the event, you can enjoy free breakfast, vendors, presentations, lunch hour rides and more.
The Pedal & Park corral will be open for free temporary parking from 7 a.m.–10:30 a.m.; all-day parking will be available inside the Indy Bike Hub from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
